form by mail to: 3rd Annual AccuWeather Hurricane Summit, AccuWeather, Inc., 385 Science Park Rd, State College, PA 16803.
Registration Fees Includes: Half-day attendance, starting at 3 pm and running to approximately 7:30 pm. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres reception to follow from 5:45 - 7 pm. Travel, hotel accommodation, and local transportation are not included with the registration fee.

After April 15, 2008 - 100% of registration fee, no refund

You may substitute anyone for yourself simply by notifying the program registrar before May 12, 2008 at no extra charge.
No Shows:
If you do not attend the event and have not made prior arrangements with the program registrar, you will be charged for 100% of the registration fee.
